The spark
A rider you can’t see
is a rider at risk.
Driven by a passion for automobiles and engineering from a young age, Daksh identified a simple yet critical problem: motorcyclists are often difficult to see from behind, increasing the risk of accidents.
This inspired him to develop SELMA — a smart helmet with integrated brake lights and turn indicators that wirelessly synchronize with the motorcycle, enhancing rider visibility and road safety.
At just 17 years old, Daksh transformed the idea into a working prototype, independently handling its design, electronics, and development.
